Design sometimes comes in a flash of inspiration

It’s a collaborative process of discovery that takes patience, experience, and communication. We involve our clients every step of the way, incorporating feedback at each stage until the design is finalized.

At East Hampton Design we’ve narrowed it down to three simple steps:

The first and most important step is listening. We begin each project by developing a solid understanding of you or your company, your customers and your needs. Doing so helps us to create design solutions that communicate the right messages and express your unique identity.

Once we’ve gotten to know you better, we begin the actual work of designing. We explore multiple concepts from which to choose. We’ll discuss the designs with you, digest your feedback, and refine until everything is perfect.

Finally, we begin production. For websites, this involves building out pages and completing any necessary programming.
